Hotel Stays: Free cancellation is usually available up to 48 hours before the check-in date.

Refund Timeline: Processed within 2–4 weeks.

Banquet/Event Cancellation:

• Greater than 30 days prior to the date of the function: 50% cancellation charges.
• Within 15 to 30 days prior to the date of the function: 75% deduction.
• Less than 15 days prior to the date of the function: 100% deduction.
• 48 hours: No refund.
